Payan Bertrand has a competitive industrial tool well adapted to the production of a wide variety of natural flavor ingredients.

All productions are done in compliance with the hygiene and security OHSAS 18001 specifications. 

* Distillation (stainless steel alambics from 3,000l to 5,000l) for the production of 100% pure and naturals essentail oils.

* Extraction with volatile solvents (10 stainless steel extractors from 200l to 2,000l) for the production of concretes and resinoids, then transformation into absolutes by removing non soluble impurities in alcohol. 

* Fractioned distillation for the production of 100% natural isolated constituents from essential oils. 

* Production of fish oleoresins for the sea products manufacturers.
